Horizon Joy Alliance was founded from a genuine passion to serve our community and create opportunities for individuals who have been underserved, face barriers to housing, or simply need a second chance to achieve their full potential.
Our vision was inspired by family members, friends, and neighbors who possessed talent, determination, and potential but often lacked access to the opportunities, support systems, or resources needed to build the future they envisioned.

Horizon Joy Alliance exists to build stability, inspire independence, and strengthen communities by providing safe, affordable, professionally managed shared housing while forming collaborative partnerships with organizations dedicated to improving the lives of those experiencing housing instability.
